A detailed account of every administration

undertaken by the official «dministrator is sent to those

interested in the estate.

A commission at the rate of 5% on the first $1,000,

21 on the next $4,000 and 1% on the balance, or such lower

rate at the court say on the application of the offi ci mi

administrator approve, is chargeable on the gross value of

all property received or taken possession of or otherwise

dealt with by the official Administrator. Probate and
